Do I need an account?
No. You can start learning straight away. An account keeps your progress safe when you change phones and opens more categories.
The activation email didn't arrive.
Check your spam or promotions folder. The email has a link and a 6-digit code; you can type the code in the app instead of tapping the link. Still nothing after a few minutes? Use the option to send it again on the same screen.
I forgot my password.
Use the password reset option on the sign-in screen and enter your email. You'll get a link and a 6-digit code to set a new password.

What do I get with Frettko+?
All categories in every course, without daily limits. One subscription covers every language.
What is the 48-hour gift?
For every 7 days in a row that you learn, Frettko gives you 48 hours of full Frettko+ for free. No card and nothing to cancel.
How do I cancel on Android?
Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions and Subscriptions. Choose Frettko and tap Cancel subscription.
How do I cancel on iPhone or iPad?
Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Choose Frettko and tap Cancel Subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are handled by Google or Apple, so refunds go through them: Google Play refunds or Apple's Report a Problem.
Learning
Does Frettko work offline?
Recordings you've played once stay on your phone, so they play without internet too. Your progress syncs when you're back online.
What happens if I miss a day?
When your streak reaches 7, 30 or 100 days, you earn a streak shield. If you then miss a single day, it protects your streak automatically.
How are the recordings made?
With natural AI voices. We listen to every category before it goes live and replace any voice that isn't good enough.
Which languages can I learn?
The current list is on the home page. New languages and English accents are added regularly.
